Ken Walsh

President and CEO

When Ken began developing the idea of Talksoft in 1997, the concept of an automated reminder call service was brand new. Previously, offices bought devices that worked with an office's phone line. Ken saw this process as inefficient and hard to manage and began work on Talksoft launching calls in 2000 as the first appointment reminder service of its kind. In the years that followed, he recruited new key team members, perfecting the company's focus of being one of the pioneers in the industry, being first to incorporate text and email in a single platform and then being the first with a mobile app.

Ken has guided the company as it grew to become one of the leading messaging companies in the industry and then through its acquisition in 2014 by RevSpring. Ken continues to lead Talksoft, now a wholly-owned subsidiary, and one of its parent company's most innovative service lines into the future.

Ken has a BA in Biochemistry and MBA in Management from Rutgers University. Ken has served on the HIMSS National Task Force for Patient Engagement the last two years and is a member of the Society of Participatory Medicine.
