Talksoft Outreach 3.0 EHR Module is 2014 Edition compliant and has been certified by an ONC-ACB in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services or guarantee the receipt of incentive payments. Certified for 170.314(g)(1) and 170.314(g)(4).

Cost and Limitations

Patient reminder reporting/attestation will be performed in the customer's full compliant EHR system. Talksoft Outreach 3.0 is part of the process and is certified to carry out messaging based on data provided. Talksoft Outreach 3.0 may require one-time implementation costs if Talksoft has to modify its interface or system to be able to receive or provide data back to the customer's system for reporting. The fees would depend on the amount of work required. There are no known contractual limitations. Per certification, technical limitations include that Talksoft will not identifying the patients who need to be contacted. Customer must provide the appropriate data for Talksoft to contact. Talksoft will provide the results of the contacts to be input into the customer's reporting system. Talksoft retains results for 90 days.
