Once you've decided to give Talksoft a try, setting up your account is easy. Our set up wizards walk you through the steps you need to do to get things going.
Choose your settings.
You need to configure your account by having you determine some basic settings such as telling us how many days prior to make the calls, how many times should we try calling, or the time of day to make calls - yes, you have the option to set these and many other aspects of the service!
Record your greeting(s).
You need you to plan out and record your messages. Most businesses prefer to do these themselves however Talksoft can do this for you.
Activate.
We need to set up how we will receive your schedule data. Most of the time this is easy to do as Talksoft has interfaced with hundreds of types of systems. In cases, where you might be using a more unique system, don't sweat it, Talksoft doesn't charge you to set up an interface. Talksoft uses simple functionality that most scheduling systems already have.
Once these steps are done you are ready to go! We can start the system whenever you need it to start. You can set up the service and then start it at any time.
Setup can be done from anywhere - all you need is access to the Internet and a phone!
Not happy with your current system? Don't fret it as we have done many switches.
